Norway is said to have a particularly humane incarceration system, especially as compared to our American system. Rep. Roger Goodman recently traveled to Norway to learn about their methods. He will be reporting back to the Washington State Legislature what he learned. This meeting is a wonderful opportunity to learn about best practices in criminal justice.
